Ft. Pierce, Fl, April 2, 2008: Spranza Incorporated has teamed up with the Treasure Coast Public Safety Training Center, located at Indian River College, Ft. Pierce, Florida, to provide aviation professionals throughout the globe, with a series of continuing education workshops for aviation security and airport fire/rescue personnel, law enforcement, airport administrators as well as Civil Aviation Authority officials. The following, is the first in a series of workshops, podcasts, video training and distance learning events to be made available over the upcoming months.

Objective
Students will learn: a) how to examine the true current state of their security environment - whether General Aviation or Commercial operation, b) how to evaluate compliance with ICAO, TSA and industry standards and practices, c) how to properly evaluate present security equipment, AVSEC documentation and overall staff security awareness, d) the keys to effective evaluations of airport security plans, contingency plans and emergency situation responses.

Remarks
This is an intensive hands-on learning experience, utilizing PowerPoint presentations combined with a variety of student activities including: Sandtable exercises, real world scenario practicum and small group interaction facilitated by our key instructional staff.

Who should attend
This 8 hour workshop has been specifically designed for General Service Aviation and Commercial Aviation facility personnel responsible for facility management, operations, security, and maintenance of the Airport AVSEC Quality Assurance Program.
