Visit booth 1447 for a first-hand look at Barco’s revolutionary visual display solutions for military training. Barco will unveil the new SIM 7 series projector, equipped with fast-switching LCoS technology and optimized to deliver razor sharp, no-smear images for high-speed simulation training. Barco will also showcase the large-screen, multi-source and multi-windowing Instructor Operator Station, driven by Barco’s new scalable, modular XDS-1000 external desktop system. Barco will be part of the Joint Virtual Training Special Event (JVTSE) and will receive live source feeds of the daily scheduled demonstrations from JFCOM. For those who are interested in cutting-edge night training, Barco will demonstrate the realistic stimulated night vision capabilities of the BarcoReality SIM 5plus. Also with the SIM 5plus, Barco will exhibit a multi-channel, high-fidelity maritime application on the curved-wall Reality Center to immerse users in the simulated environment; Barco’s portable xRACU multi-system control tool will operate, calibrate, and configure the system. Finally, Barco will give live demonstrations of SimCAD, Barco’s proprietary design tool which efficiently models visual display parameters and customer requirements. Demonstrations will run throughout the week.

In addition to the Barco booth, visit Symvionics booth 913 to experience the SEER mini-dome simulator, the ultimate in immersive training. Users will pilot flights from within an F-35 high-fidelity cockpit and fly missions on the DeltaSym Reconfigurable Flight Simulator.
